Nancy Elliott provides over 15 years of personal training experience for the teen to the elder in various levels of fitness and/or rehabilitative stages. Her ultimate goal is to teach the method of strengthening the body as a whole by various modalities and that quality of life is mainly governed through our daily nutritional choices and exercise. Through her physical strength sessions blended with core movement patterns and flexibility, she will have you reaching your goals in a short period of time. She is passionate about proper form, technique in a fun yet challenging environment. Her interests are hiking, music, cooking and baking. Graduated with a degree in Elementary Education, minor in Health and Sport Fitness. Certifications are Personal Trainer/NAPM; The METHOD Pilates/PhysicalMind Institute; Pre/Post Natal / Moms in Motion and ISSA; Functional Fitness/NASM and Core Strengthening with Resist-A-Ball.
