Santiago received his B.S. in Kinesiology with a minor in Nutrition from the University of Houston. In his 14 years as a Personal Trainer he has been certified through N.A.S.M., ACE, and has the Level 1 Crossfit Certification. His reputation holds him as one of the most diverse trainers in the area. His spectrum of knowledge covers all areas of fitness, from yoga to power lifting, and everything in between.
