Classes

 Xtreme Boxing is a combat sport and striking system that uses only the fists for fighting. It emphasizes the development of strength and speed of punching from different angles and in various combinations. Because it is primarily a close-distance fighting style, it also develops razor-sharp reflexes and hand-eye coordination. Stamina and cardiovascular endurance is a major factor in boxing because of its intensity and explosiveness.

Xtreme Cardio Kickboxing is now one of the most popular fitness trends to hit fitness gyms and health clubs in recent years. These workouts, which are inspired by martial arts, have motivated many people to start and maintain long-term personal fitness programs. This intense, total-body workout will improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination, and balance.

Xtreme Cardio Kickboxing is truly aerobic workout. We keep you bobbing, weaving, and jumping amidst the punches and kicks, so that your heart rate stays elevated for most of the class. A good class will you drenched in sweat and energized.

Xtreme Cardio Kickboxing is a great way to release stress. A typical class is 45 mins. Prior to the class, participants wrap both hands with hand wraps to help protect the knuckles and support the wrist. Then with everyone facing the mirrors or the front, the instructors leads the group through specific punches and kicks, to the beat of dance hip hop club music.

Xtreme Boot Camp: 

Burn fat and build muscle with this equipment-free cardio-and-strength circuit from Deforest Hart, master fitness trainer and home of  The 90 Day Challenge exclusive boot camp class for short-but-intense cardio intervals, full-body strength moves, and an extra dose of ab work, you’ll slim down your entire body and tighten your tummy. Except the unexpected in these full-body Boot Camp Classes, which are packed with lots of variety and tons of fun.Small Group Xtreme Circuit Training

This class is in a small group setting design xtremely to hit every muscle group possible while keeping your heart rate up. Do this 45-minute Circuit only two times a week and get the best body you every imagine.

Circuit training alternates strength training exercises with aerobic activities to give you two workouts in one  Xtreme Circuit classes combine intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout. You can burn 600 – 800 calories in a variety of classes that may use jump ropes, boxing drills, free weights, and even a little healthy competition.

We customize and individualize a three month program by taking clients through a functional movement screening process in order to determine if they have any muscle imbalances or postural deviances that should be addressed. Clients are reevaluated each month for the next 90 Days. Our fitness programs are customized and tailored so that each client knows how to follow their workout program and how to properly progress in their programs to break through plateaus.

We offer two basic programs to meet the financial needs of all of our clients. The first program that we offer is our Personal and semi-private training. A majority of our clients will choose this option because it provides them with the attention they need. We offer 30 minute individualized and customized program where we are with them every step of the way.

The second program we offer is our small group training classes. Our classes are taught based on the principles of metabolic conditioning and high intensity interval training so clients receive the benefits of cardio training while they are lifting weights. The classes are designed specifically to accommodate clients at different fitness levels and with different goals. Clients not only receive the benefits of individual programming but also get to workout in a fun and uplifting group environment.

We knew that anything with challenge in its name had to be xtreme and that is why we have created The Challenge XT. The XT stands for Xtreme Training and you will see Xtreme weight loss and muscle toning results. In less than one hour a day for 90- days, you will see Xtreme results.
