GROUP CLASSES

ALL CLASSES AT THE CORE HOUSTON ARE INSTRUCTED BY INDEPENDENT
PERSONAL TRAINERS OR EXPERIENCED INSTRUCTORS

All classes at The Core Houston are instructed by independent personal trainers or experienced instructors that manage and schedule their own group classes. This provides for a wide variety of classes, instructor expertise, and flexible class times.

The Core Houston designed specific areas of the gym (Pilates Room, Kickboxing/Boxing Room, Yoga Room, TRX areas, etc) for group classes so our members will have privacy when attending group classes.

Below is a list of some of the types of classes that are offered by our independent trainers/instructors. This is a developing list, as new trainers join The Core, additional classes may be offered.

To learn more about our Group Class Instructors, visit the directory and filter by specialty. Under each person’s “bio,” will be information regarding any group classes they offer and how to contact the instructor regarding his/her classes and class schedules.

All correspondence regarding group classes, as well as payment for classes must be made directly to the instructor who offers the class. Due to the large number of instructors who may offer group classes, The Core Houston is not responsible for any correspondence between the members and instructors regarding sign up procedure, payment, and scheduling of group classes.
